The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,200.00 - $96,200.00The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time)Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
Qualifications
- •High School diploma with 5 years' relevant lab experience or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field
- •Proficiency in routine laboratory procedures and wet-laboratory sample extraction
- •Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work within set objectives and timelines
- •Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- •Extensive experience in laboratory procedures, method development, and validation methodology
- •Strong understanding of LCMS Biologics services and the ability to contribute scientifically to method development
- •Ability to maintain clear and efficient method development documentation and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- •Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Responsibilities
- •As a Scientist, LCMS Biologics you will leverage your analytical skills and experience to support the development and implementation of biomarker and biotherapeutic assays, contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge and operational excellence
- •Validating and applying new bioanalytical approaches for LC/MS biomarker and biotherapeutic assays
- •Upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout all laboratory processes
- •Participating in method development, validation, and sample analysis with a focus on LC/MS/MS
- •Managing projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the integrity of study data
- •Strengthening chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques and contributing to scientific discussions
- •Coordinating with Laboratory Operations for sample management and interfacing with clients on scientific objectives
- •Maintaining laboratory equipment and adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements
- •Utilizing LIMS system for sample scheduling and bioanalytical data management
