Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time, W2
Location: Oviedo, FL
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a full-time, in-clinic position (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday). This role involves working one-on-one with clients in a structured setting under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA guidance
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress
• Monitor client schedules to ensure behavioral needs are met
• Collaborate with team members and participate in required meetings, supervision, and training
• Assist BCBAs in evaluating intervention effectiveness
• Maintain compliance with all administrative and clinical documentation requirements
• Stay updated on evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
Qualifications
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from BACB
• Florida Medicaid number required
• At least two years of experience in the field (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Oviedo, FL
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule & Location
• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
