Your Responsibilities:
• Make a positive impact in the lives of children!
• Execute individual behavior plans and protocols crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and document data on client behavior and progress
• Provide dedicated one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff
• Assist children in developing essential skills like motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Be physically active by getting up and down frequently and moving quickly when necessary
• Engage in continuous learning and provide high-quality care to the children we serve

Your Qualifications:
• Over 6 months of documented experience working with individuals with special needs
• High energy, playful, and creative personality
• Dependable and reliable - a person that clients and their families can count on
• Ability to continually move around, getting up and down as needed
• Access to reliable transportation for client visits and other locations
• Comfort with technology - able to learn our data collection software and use basic office software
• Passion for applying evidence-based, science-backed methods

Benefits

  • $500 bonus available for candidates with over 6 months of experience assisting individuals with special needs
  • $20.00 - $24.50 / hour
  • $500 bonus after the first 90 days of employment
