We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply behavior management techniques grounded in applied behavior analysis principles
• Assist in developing and executing individualized care plans
• Deliver direct patient care through proven behavioral therapy methods
• Support individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations
Required Experience:
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Proficient understanding of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in creating and implementing care plans
