About the Role
Madina Wellness is seeking a Level 2 EIDBI Behavioral Technician to provide in-home, evidence-based therapy and supervision to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. This position is hands-on and client-focused — you’ll deliver intervention, oversee clinical services, and collaborate with families and providers to support each child’s development and care plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide EIDBI individual intervention for our client with autism
• Conduct accurate and evidence-based data collection and documentation.
• Help clinical supervisors conduct clinical assessments and develop, monitor, and update treatment plans.
• Experience using Central Reach is a plus.
• Experience providing in-home services and building positive relationships with families is a plus.
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and track client progress.
• Deliver family training and education to support home and community carryover.
• Attend care coordination meetings with schools, doctors, therapists, and social workers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA and EIDBI guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
• Current transcripts are required as proof of education.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an ABA center or with individuals with ASD.
• Must be willing to work directly with clients, including those with high behavioral needs.
• Must be willing to supervise staff, train families, conduct assessments, and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Must be available for weekend shifts.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Current or willingness to obtain BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to use technologies fluently for data collection and telehealth supervision purposes.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and actively engage with clients for extended periods.
