Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client progress data
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions

Qualifications
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
