• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
• Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on behavioral objectives
• Deliver staff development sessions to promote a positive school environment and foster best practices
