• Experience working within a school or pediatric setting is highly valued

• Skilled in developing data-driven behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret resulting data to shape interventions
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that align with student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure smooth integration of strategies in the classroom and at home
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
• Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on behavioral objectives
• Deliver staff development sessions to promote a positive school environment and foster best practices
