Who We Are
Gold Vine, a Sunshine ABA company, is built on the belief of “ABA Therapy for a Brighter Future.” As we grow and evolve, our mission remains the same — providing high-quality ABA therapy to children (ages 2–14) and their families, with a focus on unity, growth, and support.
We are family-owned, BCBA-led. This means our decisions are guided by clinical quality, ethical care, and long-term outcomes — not corporate metrics.
Our team is more than employees — we’re a family, and we invest in our people as much as our clients. This next phase of growth brings expanded leadership opportunities and the ability to make an even greater impact.
Considering a Move Within the Southeast?
If you have been thinking about your next step, this is an opportunity to grow into leadership without moving far from home. We offer support and a team that is committed to making your transition smooth, supported, and worthwhile.
📍 Why Hinesville, GA?
• Close to Savannah and the Georgia coast
• Lower cost of living than many Southeast metro areas
• Family-friendly community with a slower, more balanced pace of life
• Easy access to beaches, historic downtown Savannah, and outdoor living year-round
About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our Hinesville clinic. This role oversees all clinical operations, ensuring quality care, staff development, and program innovation. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA ready to step into or expand within leadership — while maintaining strong clinical impact and connection with families.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and oversight of all ABA programs
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Partner with families to ensure progress and quality care
• Drive program development, training, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and clinic growth
Qualifications
• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification required
• 4+ years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership/supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care
Preferred:
• Doctorate in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
• Experience in program development and staff training
• Familiarity with serving children with autism and developmental disabilities
Who This Role Is Perfect For
• BCBAs ready to step into clinical leadership
• Clinicians looking to grow within the Southeast without a cross-country move
• Leaders who value team culture and family-centered care
• Those excited to help shape and grow a clinic
Let’s Connect
Relocating — even within the Southeast — is a big decision. Our team is here to support you through the process with flexibility, guidance, and a strong onboarding experience.
🌟 Lead with purpose. Grow with support. Join Gold Vine, a Sunshine ABA company, and help us create brighter futures for staff and families.
