Your Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on support and skill-building services to adults facing developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Collaborating with leadership and consultants, you'll empower individuals to enhance their independence, develop essential daily living skills, and engage actively in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily activities while prioritizing health, safety, and well-being.
• Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) effectively.
• Collect behavioral data and track progress meticulously.
• Offer training in adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills.
• Encourage independence, continuous learning, and positive social interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for individuals.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification.
• DSP I & II certifications (Title 17).
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (training provided).
• Experience in ABA with task analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification
