Your Role as Clinical Director:
• Lead and support a dedicated team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA services.
• Foster a collaborative culture by implementing initiatives focused on mentorship, professional growth, and staff retention.
• Ensure clinical quality by promoting individualized, compassionate, and assent-based interventions for each client.
• Provide supervision and training to enhance the skillsets of BCBAs and RBTs, ultimately improving client outcomes.
• Drive operational success through collaboration with leadership on clinic-wide goals, personnel hiring, and resource management.
• Build strong relationships with families and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Analyze clinical and performance data to refine programs, measure effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For:
• Current and in-good-standing BCBA certification.
• Leadership experience in ABA therapy, clinical supervision, and team management.
