ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Post Closing Specialist – Non-QM to own the clearance of Third-Party Review (TPR) findings and investor post-purchase conditions tied to the sale of Non-QM loans.

This is a mission-critical execution role responsible for protecting liquidity, investor relationships, and Real TPO’s credibility in the Non-QM marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review funded and closed Non-QM loan files for post-closing accuracy and sale readiness
• Analyze and clear TPR findings issued by due diligence firms and investors
• Clear investor post-purchase conditions with proper documentation and narratives
• Validate income, assets, credit, collateral, and conditions against final underwriting decisions
• Identify issues and drive them to resolution without escalation
• Coordinate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams
• Maintain detailed audit trails and condition tracking
• Manage timelines tied to loan purchase and funding velocity
• Identify trends and support process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of underwriting, post-closing, QC, or investor delivery experience
• Direct Non-QM experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience responding to TPR or investor conditions
• Strong understanding of Non-QM income and documentation standards
• Experience working in MeridianLink LOS a plus
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

COMPENSATION

$65,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance
