Our team provides paid RBT training through National University, and guidance through the certification process with supervision from experienced BCBAs. You’ll gain practical skills, mentorship, and confidence as you grow in the field.

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy (home, clinic, community)
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Track session data
• Support caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team
• Attend trainings & team meetings

What You’ll Need
• RBT certification not required (we train you!)
• Experience with children preferred
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred)
• Reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Professional, compassionate, dependable
• Background check clearance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
