• Flexibility: Set your own schedule, adjust as needed, and enjoy true work-life balance. This is a "parent-friendly" role -- enjoy the ability to flex your hours around your kids' schedules!
• Explore different specialties with access to CEUs and mentorship.
• Work in clinic, homes, and/or schools—your choice!
• HOME HEALTH CASELOADS can be built throughout the Valley (25 sessions/week is considered full-time!)
• Collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs who encourage your success.
• Dedicated caseloads (clients are not sprung on you without notice!)
• Great mentorship provided for new grads or therapists changing settings!
• Options to work with both adults and kids -- keep your skills sharp!

• Competitive W-2 Pay: $50-$65 per hour, depending on setting and experience.

Position Highlights
• Provide engaging, personalized therapy for pediatric patients (option to work with adults too, if that's of interest!)
• Evaluate using standard SLP assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families on therapy techniques to support progress at home.
• Contribute ideas that help improve services and shape the clinic’s growth.
Ideal Candidate
• Active or pending AZ Speech Language Pathology license.
• Ability to work in person in the Phoenix area (Valleywide options for schools and home health caseloads; clinic opportunities in Tempe)
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to therapy.
