Job Description

 based on Applied Behavior Analysis. Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients based on the completion of assessments and analysis of data in a timely manner. Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in accordance with state laws. Provide clinical direction on the implementation of ABA programs to multidisciplinary teams, including guiding others to understand the purpose of the interventions, how to address the function of behaviors and their validation in the literature, etc. Oversee implementation and ensure procedural integrity and proficiency of behavior plans and programming as implemented by direct care team members through onsite consultation and review of data. Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis with client specific goals for skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Lead and attend clinical supervision and staff meetings to review consumer programs and organizational initiatives. Develop quality assurance for sound billing and administrative practices. Provide supervision and training to BCaBA and BCBA students. Manage a team of remote/hybrid BCBAs (up to 4) and Lead Registered Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians (up to 48). Employer requires a minimum of a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or a field with related coursework sufficient to meet the BCBA certification requirements. Education or work experience must include: 1) training and teaching staff on autism best practices, including the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), reinforcement systems, prompting and fading procedures, and data-driven decision making; 2) guiding and monitoring data collection procedures to evaluate learner progress and ensure treatment integrity; 3) developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs using evidence-based methods, including discrete trial teaching (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and functional communication training (FCT); and 4) conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and using the results to guide intervention planning and staff training. Must possess BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Must be licensed by the state of North Carolina Behavioral Analyst License Board (NCBALB). If not currently licensed, must be licensed in 90 days or less from date of hire.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Complete Clinical assessments to guide the development of programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis
