Acting as the clinical authority and product strategist, you will work in close partnership with sales leadership, and marketing to influence buying decisions, and as the product expert with stakeholders: clinicians, nurses, buyers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
SALES STRATEGY AND REVENUE GROWTH
§ Actively support and drive territory sales performance through clinical differentiation, value-based selling, and solution positioning
§ Partner with sales teams to develop and execute account strategies, opportunity plans, and growth initiatives
§ Lead components of the sales cycle, including needs analysis, product demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and conversions
§ Identify upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion opportunities within existing accounts
§ Support competitive displacement strategies by articulating clear clinical and operational advantages
MARKETING COLLABORATION
§ Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, clinical messaging and educational content
§ Support and represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and study days
§ Provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape marketing strategy
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
§ Gather structured clinical, technical, and usability feedback from customers and the field
§ Participate in product evaluations, pilot programs, and post-market surveillance activities
§ Act as the clinical voice in cross-functional discussions related to product design, positioning, and differentiation
CLINICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING
§ Deliver product training, education and in-field support to consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists and your sales colleagues
§ Support product evaluations, demonstrations, trials and installations
§ Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and clinical guidance as and when needed
§ Ensure best-practice use of ventilation and oxygen therapy technologies
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
§ Act as a trusted clinical advisor and subject matter expert for customers in your region
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders
§ Support long-term partnerships through education, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence
EDUCATION AND EVENTS
§ Support workshops, study days and events
§ Contribute to the development of training materials, clinical guidelines and best practice resources
COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY
§ Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements
§ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ventilation, oxygen therapy and clinical practices
§ Support quality, risk management, and vigilance processes as required
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
§ This role will require travel to healthcare settings across the country to provide training, consultations, and attend meetings.
§ Flexibility in working hours may be needed to meet the demands of the role.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Mandatory:
§ Respiratory Therapist, or other relevant healthcare qualification.
§ Demonstrated experience supporting sales activities, product evaluations, or commercial decision-making
§ Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive product adoption
§ Minimum of 5 years of experience in respiratory support and ventilation management.
§ Exposure to product launches, market development, or product management collaboration
Desirable:
§ Experience in a medical device, healthcare technology, or life sciences commercial role
§ Experience supporting tenders, value-based selling, and hospital procurement processes
§ Commercial or business training (e.g., sales methodology, marketing, or product management certification
KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate clinical value into business outcomes
§ Advanced product and market knowledge within respiratory and ventilation therapy
§ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
