Responsibilities

  • You will lead and support associates at the front end, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant experience for members
  • Supervise front end service associates to ensure accurate processing of transactions, returns, and refunds
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Assist members with questions, purchases, and self-checkout technology, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe front end areas, including registers, exits, and entry points
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
  • Support cart retrieval, janitorial tasks, and other front end operations as needed
  • Collaborate with store management and other teams to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
