Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct behavior therapy services to students as prescribed in behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and document student progress by accurately collecting data during sessions
• Work closely with teachers and staff to incorporate behavioral strategies into classroom routines
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain professional standards and comply with licensing and certification requirements
