Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in South Windsor, CT. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, implementing evidence-based practices, and collaborating with families and caregivers to provide parent education andcoaching. The BCBA will also ensure program fidelity and support clients in meeting their behavioral goals.
Qualifications
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong skills in Behavior Management and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies
• Experience in Parent Education and collaboration with caregivers
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Experience working with children with ASD or related disabilities is preferred
