Positions
ABA Therapist
Work with a pediatric team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility that includes a sensory gym. Use an Electronic Medical Records system to streamline documentation.
BCABA (Behavioral ABA Assistant)
• Monitor ABA program books and develop ongoing goals.
• Track data and provide training to ABA therapists on each child’s program.
• Assist in designing and overseeing social skills classes.
BCBA (Board Certified ABA Therapist)
• Plan, develop, and monitor ABA cases.
• Conduct ongoing therapist training and parent trainings.
• Oversee social skills groups.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions to children of all ages.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and consultations for developmental challenges.
Pediatric Physical Therapist
• Provide individual and group physical therapy sessions to children of all ages.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and consultations for developmental challenges.
Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to children of all ages.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and consultations for developmental challenges.
Social Worker/Licensed Counselor
• Offer individual and group counseling to children and families.
• Guide clients to community resources and support systems.
• Provide crisis interventions and facilitate effective communication between patients and families.
Physician Liaison
• Build connections in doctors’ offices, hospitals, and community health centers to promote the Sunshine Center.
• Plan and develop sales strategy by analyzing targets and prioritizing based on potential referrals.
• Initiate contact with new referral sources and maintain existing sources regularly.
• Manage territory and conduct office visits to educate on services offered.
• Research, organize, and attend conferences and community events to develop new business.
• Report activity, outreach frequency, and key metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Facilitate retention of physician referrals and community relationships.
• Develop, distribute, and maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials for physician offices and community events.
Requirements for Physician Liaison
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Travel required throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.
• Unencumbered driver’s license and transportation.
• Willingness to accommodate physician schedules, which may occasionally fall outside of standard office hours.
