About This Role:

Are you looking for a fulfilling entry-level opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and their families? If you are eager to grow and make a real difference, we invite you to join our team at BASS ABA as a Behavioral Support Technician! As part of our team, you will work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will focus on enhancing communication, social skills, and daily living skills for our clients.

At BASS, we adopt a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy which involves working with children both in our centers and within the community. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs, where your insights will always be valued.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Complete a 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Engage in 1:1 sessions with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Record electronic data as specified in programming developed by the BCBA.
• Submit daily session notes into relevant databases.
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA about client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in diverse settings, including home, school, and the community as instructed by the BCBA team.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to various locations throughout the workday.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, remain on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Pass a background check.

Preferred:
• College Graduate.
• Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with children ages 1-8.
