Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with developmental and behavioral disorders to identify needs and develop treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions and techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide education and support to families and caregivers on strategies for managing and supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral disorders.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and implement new techniques and strategies as appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Serve as an advocate for individuals with developmental and behavioral disorders and promote awareness and understanding within the community.
