• Oversee and manage a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality services.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
• Provide ongoing supervision and consultation to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring competence in assessment, intervention, and data collection.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for client care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and staff training.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
