Responsibilities

• •BioServices Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for external customers, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring projects meet IQVIA scientific, quality, and regulatory standards under the guidance of senior project management team members
• •Oversee bioanalytical projects throughout their lifecycle including method development, validation, and sample analysis
• •Collaborate closely with scientific teams, technical writing, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• •Maintain daily communication with customers and resolve sample discrepancies and project issues
• •Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and alert management of potential schedule risks
• •Coordinate customer visits and support external presentations and customer-facing activities
• •Partner with business development to prepare quotes and support assigned customers
• •Ensure proper project archiving and compliance with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements
