Qualifications
• High school diploma or higher; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus
• Prior childcare, special education, or behavioral support experience preferred
• Ability to work consistent part-time hours (afternoons/evenings and/or weekends)
• Willingness to commute within 5-10 miles (30-45 minutes)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct behavioral support to children under clinical supervision
• Implement behavior plans and track progress toward goal
• Create safe, positive learning environments
• Assist with daily routines
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and supervisors
