ork with clients facing relationship strain, parenting issues, family conflict, emotional stress, and other mental health concerns. The role includes conducting sessions, creating treatment plans, keeping records current, and helping clients improve how they function in daily life and within their relationships.
Responsibilities
• Lead virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Gather clinical history and assess presenting concerns
• Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
• Provide therapy focused on communication, conflict, family systems, and emotional health
Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately
• Maintain a consistent schedule and manage caseload responsibilities
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Delaware LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
