Job Description

The role includes conducting sessions, creating treatment plans, keeping records current, and helping clients improve how they function in daily life and within their relationships.
Responsibilities
• Lead virtual counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Gather clinical history and assess presenting concerns
• Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
• Provide therapy focused on communication, conflict, family systems, and emotional health

Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately
• Maintain a consistent schedule and manage caseload responsibilities
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Delaware LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • 2 weeks PTO
