About the Role:
• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
• Leverage data to inform treatment approaches and adapt strategies based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed and make referrals when appropriate.
• Document progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements:
• Licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+).
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week, including participation in training and ongoing support.
• Proficient in clinical assessments for tracking client progress.
• Willingness to be trained in clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Experience with electronic health/medical record systems.
• Must hold a valid license in good standing with your governing licensing board.

• Clinical Interview: A 45-minute video interview with a Clinical Manager.
