What You'll Do
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through effective coaching, support, and supervision
• Oversee and coordinate services for clients
• Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with families through training, communication, and teamwork
• Ensure clinical quality, thorough documentation, and adherence to funding source requirements
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, ongoing learning, and continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Team
• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in designing or implementing behavior analytic services
(BCBA coursework units preferred)
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within assigned areas
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
Compensation & Benefits
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
