Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavior support to students in K-12 settings, including elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional guidelines related to Registered Behavior Technician standards

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in pediatric behavioral support within school environments preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations, including 1:1 caseloads
• Strong communication and data collection skills
• Commitment to supporting students with behavioral challenges

Location:
• Stockton, CA (School-based assignment)

Position Details:
• Contract role from start date ASAP through the end of the school year
• Part-time, 30 hours per week across 5 days
• Supporting behavioral caseloads in 1:1 settings
