Lead and oversee the development and execution of clinical trial strategies for innovative therapeutic products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of clinical development plans.
Drive the development of global clinical protocols and study designs in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Oversee the selection and management of global clinical trial sites and investigators.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of clinical trial data to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze clinical trial data to identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical trial operations and provide guidance and support to project teams.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
Manage and optimize clinical trial budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Stay current with industry trends and developments to inform and improve clinical trial strategies.
Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable clinical development team.
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and meetings, as needed.
Continuously evaluate and improve clinical trial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
