•The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a nursing leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team, and an in-depth knowledge of mental health care
•Must hold a current, valid LVN license
•Minimum of 1 year providing direct patient care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders is required, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting

•The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality of care throughout the inpatient facility
•They may also help manage and train our unit staff
•Maintaining high standards of care
•Managing patients' data and medical records with confidentiality and sensitivity
•Interacting with doctors, patients and family members
•Medication dispensation and maintaining accurate records
•Documenting patient observations and clinical notes
•Overseeing the unit to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the safety of the patients
•Collect vital signs
•Provide clinical support to physicians during patient examinations and procedures, as needed
•Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the room stocked and cleaned, reorder supplies, and dispose of bio-hazardous supplies
