Position Summary
This is a non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams in support of optimal member care and provider partnerships.

Responsibilities

Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review.

Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers.

Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches.

Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches.

Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets.

Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the system.

Assigns cases to clinicians.

Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative processes.

Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases.

Creates new cases based on new requests.

May participate in reporting or data collection with projects.

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of prior relevant work experience

1+ year of working in Behavioral Health

Preferred Qualifications

Med Compass Experience

Education

High School Diploma

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
