Job Description

This role includes both one-on-one and small group (pod) sessions, as well as in-home tutoring, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to each student’s individual learning journey

Duties
• Are confident teaching K–12 subjects and can adapt across grade levels
• Have experience working with special needs students such as ASD, ADHD, or learning differences
• Can implement individualized learning plans and adjust instruction based on each student’s needs
• Are comfortable managing both one-on-one and small group settings
• Use effective strategies to maintain engagement and support behavior
• Are reliable and willing to travel for in-home sessions
• Are committed to continuous growth and development as educators

Experience
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and educational settings
• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for different learning levels
• Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital platforms used in modern education
• Experience working with children, including early childhood education environments
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies for working with students with special needs
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners
• Prior experience in childcare settings is strongly preferred, with highly desirable experience in applied behavior settings.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits
