Responsibilities

• •Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and improvement of business procedures
• •Implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives
• •Executes HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training to ensure smooth business operations
• •Develops budget and ensures financial and operational metrics are meeting organizational objectives by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity
• •Executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to attain short and long term goals
• •Reports directly to the COO
• •Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• •Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking
• •Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
• •Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential
