Core Responsibilities
• Network Leadership: Provide hands-on operational oversight for a regional and national network of clinical research sites.
• Performance Metrics: Drive site-level success by hitting enrollment targets, financial KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
• Process Standardization: Partner with Site Managers to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and implement unified SOPs.
• Strategic Growth: Lead the operational integration of newly acquired physician practices into the ECN ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners to ensure project delivery.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership in clinical research or multi-site healthcare management.
• Operational Scaling: Proven track record of managing geographically distributed teams in a high-growth or PE-backed setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of clinical trial life cycles, regulatory frameworks, and site-level financial management.
• Travel: Ability to travel nationally as needed to support site integrations and performance reviews.
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
