Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to an adult client with Autism
, using evidence-based strategies

Support skill development focused on independence, daily living, and positive behavior

Implement individualized care and behavior support plans under clinical guidance

Accurately collect and record session data using electronic systems

Foster a respectful, supportive, and structured environment

Collaborate with clinical supervisors and family members to support treatment goals
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting adults with Autism

Patience, compassion, and professionalism

Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
Need to Knows:

Services are provided in residential or community-based settings

All positions start part-time

Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

Minimum 6-month commitment required
