ool BT/RBT
• Positions Available: Per Diem/Subbing, Part-Time
• Location: School Districts in the Irvine, CA area
• Schedule: M-F during school hours
• Target Start Date: ASAP
BT/RBT | Duties May Include
• Carrying out and implementing behavior plans
• Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills
• Data collection
• Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment
• Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines
BT/RBT | Position Requirements
• CPR Certification
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• RBT Certification or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities
• Previous school experience is preferred
• Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform functions. This position regularly requires employees to talk, hear, and communicate with both children and adults. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The position may frequently require lifting, bending, and crouching. The employee may occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.
