Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavior Therapist based in Greensboro, NC. The Behavior Therapist will work directly with individuals to implement therapeutic interventions, develop and execute treatment plans, and track progress toward therapeutic goals. The role requires working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate care and support, while ensuring best practices in behavior therapy and client development.

Qualifications
• Experience developing and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions
• Proficiency in assessing client behavior and creating effective treatment plans
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to document, monitor, and report on client progress with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills for maintaining schedules and caseloads efficiently
• Familiarity with evidence-based behavior therapy practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or eligibility for certification is beneficial
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals' growth and well-being
