• Pre-award Activities: Attend strategy meetings, participate in Bid Defense preparation, and engage in handover meetings to prepare for project success.
• Project Planning & Initiation: Oversee study start-up activities, site selection, project contracts, and kick-off meetings to set clear expectations among all stakeholders.
• Project Implementation, Control & Evaluation: Drive projects to completion within their defined budgets and timelines, monitoring recruitment, data cleaning, and facilitating audits.
• Project Close-out: Ensure thorough documentation and administrative closeout of projects, leading end-of-study reviews to capture learnings.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop contingency plans while keeping clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administrative Tasks: Contribute to the development of SOPs while providing leadership and training to junior project staff.

Skills Required:
• Strong leadership abilities to guide virtual teams across diverse locations.
• Effective negotiation skills to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Proficient decision-making skills in ambiguous scenarios.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on root cause analysis.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational proficiency.
• Strategic and financial management skills crucial for project oversight.

Knowledge and Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years in Project Management with Parexel or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar fields.
• Experience in leading functional teams or coordinating clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite for project management tasks.

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related area or equivalent experience is required.
