Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RBT to support students in both 1:1 and small group settings within a school environment. This role focuses on working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral support needs, and learning disabilities to promote academic, social, and behavioral success.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to students
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support IEP goals
• Assist with behavior management, transitions, and daily routines
• Collect and document data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
