Job Description
urgical oncology currently has over 20 faculty members, with a vibrant clinical, research and educational portfolio. Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor of Surgery. Interests in translational research and/or clinical trials are attractive but not required for this position.
Primary responsibilities will include advancing the robotic surgical oncology program, with an emphasis on treating complex malignancies and participating in clinical trials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our capabilities in minimally invasive cancer care and should demonstrate a strong commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to clinical responsibilities, faculty members are expected to engage in the education and mentorship of medical students and residents, as well as contribute meaningfully to our ongoing research initiatives. Applicants will join a supportive and collegial environment, backed by progressive administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing faculty and develop a high-impact robotic oncology practice within a dynamic community in Connecticut.
