Job Description
under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Location: Toney, Alabama, with close proximity to Madison, Huntsville, and Tanner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide behavior support within a structured classroom environment.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Rotate assistance among a caseload of five students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
• Follow BCBA guidance and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Support positive classroom dynamics and promote student engagement.
Qualifications:
• Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license.
• Experience working with children exhibiting behavioral challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple students within a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in an in-person or Zoom interview.
Work Details:
• Contract duration: ASAP start through May 29, 2026.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including paid lunch time.
• Location specifics: In-person interviews conducted at 300 South Jefferson Street, Athens, AL.
