Job Description

re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Succeed ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients and providing one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and conducting behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with ASD.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD
• Strong background in ABA and experience working in a clinical setting
