Job Description

two dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support adults (22+) with developmental disabilities living in group home settings. Resident behaviors range from moderate to severe, and the BCBA will play a critical role in oversight, assessment, and behavior planning.

This position offers a blend of fieldwork and administrative/remote flexibility. BCBAs will supervise a team of ABA Technicians who handle most daily hands-on behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans

+ Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to ABA Technicians

+ Oversee documentation, reporting, and treatment fidelity

+ Rotate between approximately 20 group homes within the Lawrence/Methuen-Amesbury region

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care

+ Utilize office or remote days as needed for documentation catch-up

+ Participate in in-person interviews at the Lawrence office

Position Type

+ Contract (13 weeks) with strong preference for candidates open to temp-to-perm or permanent conversion

+ Internal permanent compensation is $82,000/year

+ 12 paid holidays included for perm conversion

Candidate Requirements

+ Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

+ Current BCBA certification, or BCBA-eligible within 6 months of hire

+ Candidates who do not achieve certification within 6 months are subject to termination

+ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

+ Experience managing or supervising direct-care behavioral staff strongly preferred

+ Reliable transportation for travel between group homes
