Position: Full-time, onsite at our Rockville location
Compensation: $110,000 + bonus up to $16,000
Why You’ll Love PDC
At PDC, we believe therapists should be free to do their best work. Founded in 2007, we’ve built a practice that pairs clinical excellence with innovation. You’ll be joining a culture that values collaboration across disciplines—ABA, speech, OT, and feeding therapy—because the best results happen when we work together.
Our mission is simple: remove barriers so children, families, and clinicians can focus on growth, connection, and transformation.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of ABA experience (with at least 3 in leadership/supervision).
• BCBA certification in good standing + Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
• Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and grow teams of clinicians.
• Experience designing innovative, individualized ABA programs that make an impact.
• A true collaborator who thrives working alongside speech, OT, and feeding specialists.
• Belief that parents are partners—family-centered care is at the heart of everything you do.
• (Bonus points if you bring feeding therapy, FCT, or social skills experience!)
What PDC Offers:
• Competitive compensation with incentives.
• Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA option).
• 100% employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance.
• Inclusive workplace culture and employee-recognition programs.
• Company-matched 401(k).
• Generous PTO and holidays.
• Professional development opportunities, CEU stipends, and pathways for advancement.
• A strong administrative backbone and technology that clears the path for you to focus on clients.
• Referral bonuses for helping us grow.
Why Now?
Because you deserve to be part of something bigger. At PDC, we’re not just keeping pace—we’re reshaping the future of pediatric development. As Director of ABA, you’ll lead with vision, have the support to make it real, and see the direct impact of your work on children and families every day.
