Responsibilities
• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses using established techniques in microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and other scientific disciplines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed data collection, documentation, and record-keeping in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations.
• Perform quality control assessments on samples, reagents, and equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare samples for testing, including tissue processing, staining, and molecular assays, following precise laboratory procedures.
• Operate laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to track samples, record results, and manage data efficiently.
• Support research & development projects by assisting with experimental design, data analysis, and troubleshooting laboratory techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols related to microbiology, veterinary terminology, clinical laboratory practices, and general laboratory safety guidelines.

Skills
• Strong understanding of GLP standards, CGMP regulations, and FDA compliance requirements.
• Phlebotomy
• Extensive experience with animal physiology, microbiology techniques, histology processing, molecular biology methods, and clinical laboratory procedures.
• Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret experimental results accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and biological sample handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed laboratory protocols while maintaining high-quality standards.
