💼 What You'll Do

As a Behavior Specialist, You Will
• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans alongside mental health and special needs teams
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff and families to support each child's success
• Partner with teaching staff to create and execute effective intervention strategies
• Support the implementation of IFSP and IEP goals
• Ensure full compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Health Department guidelines, Child Care Licensing Regulations, HIPAA, and ethical practices
