Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home therapy team in Dallas, Texas and nearby .

In this role, you will work directly with children ages 218years old implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will receive ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship while delivering meaningful interventions that improve communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about child development, psychology, special education, or pursuing a career in behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the childs home environment .

Collect and record accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.

Assist with generalization of skills across settings (home, community, school).

Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families and supervisors.

Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.

Ensure adherence to all BACB ethical standards and Restore ABA clinical protocols.

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

RBT Training OR certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Temple area for in-home sessions.

Ability to pass a background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.

Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a lasting impact.

Schedule & Hours

Sessions typically occur Monday through Friday , between 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. and some weekends

Opportunities for flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).

Afternoon and early evening availability preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $17$20/hour , based on education and experience.

Paid initial and ongoing training.

RBT certification support (training, and supervision).
