Job Description

missions & Intake: Coordinate new client intake alongside our back‑office and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming start.
• Scheduling & Utilization: Partner with the Clinic Director to support client and BT scheduling.
• People Leadership: Provide training, coaching, and day‑to‑day oversight for BTs; support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with recruiting.
• Clinical Coverage: Jump in 1:1 with clients when needed to keep care consistent and high‑quality.
• Compliance & Quality: Drive adherence to Aluma Care policies and ensure an excellent client and team experience across the clinic.
• Facilities & Operations: Own clinic appearance and property needs so the space reflects the standard of care we deliver.
• Budget Ownership: Oversee the clinic budget and operational efficiency.
• Professional Credentialing: Obtain (or be willing to obtain) RBT certification as part of your leadership toolkit.
• Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director and report to the COO.

Schedule & location
• Full‑time, on-site at our Wichita, KS clinic.

Compensation & benefits
• Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
