Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician at Ally Behavior, your role will involve providing individualized ABA therapy to young learners with autism in a center-based setting. Daily Responsibilities Include:
• Providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children within a center-based environment.
• Tracking and collecting data to monitor client progress using Central Reach on an iPad.
• Implementing tailored treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Reporting client progress to the BCBA and helping to update treatment goals as necessary.
• Assisting families in understanding treatment plans through training.
• Collaborating with fellow clinicians and participating in scheduled team meetings.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Communicating openly with families and clinical teams to achieve effective treatment goals.

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with children (e.g., as a nanny, teacher, counselor) is necessary; experience with special needs children is advantageous.
• RBT Certification (or readiness to complete training within 90 days).
• BLS Certification (or readiness to complete training before employment).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

Physical Requirements:
• Capability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat, or stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.
