Our services span direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver-mediated and caregiver-led models, social skills groups, and individualized self-monitoring programs across home, school, community, and telehealth settings.
THE ROLE

As a Student Analyst at BIG, youll contribute meaningfully to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. Youll work under experienced BCBAs in a structured mentorship environment that bridges theory and clinical practice — without sacrificing the quality of care our clients deserve.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. Scheduling is designed to accommodate graduate academic commitments while meeting client needs across in-person and telehealth settings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Carry an active caseload providing direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver training, and participation in social skills groups and self-monitoring programs.
• Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA and/or BCBA-D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours when aligned with your fieldwork plan.
• Conduct and support assessments including data collection, progress monitoring, and contributing to functional behavior assessments under supervisor direction.
• Develop treatment plan components and provide written clinical documentation in Central Reach and related systems.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization and maintenance of client goals across settings.
• Participate in scheduled supervision meetings case reviews, and team-based learning with fellow Student Analysts and BCBAs.

Compensation & Hours
• Base salary of $60,000–$70,000/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Bonus of $2/hour for every billable hour above 100 in a month — high-performing Student Analysts regularly earn $70,000+ with salary and bonus combined
• Paid, supervised fieldwork hours counting toward BCBA certification including unrestricted hours

REQUIREMENTS

You meet at least one of the following:
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program in behavior analysis or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree + at least 2 years of experience as an RBT
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing

All candidates must also:
• Complete California Live Scan background check prior to start
• Complete Mandated Reporter training prior to start
• Complete 40-hour RBT training prior to start
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrate professionalism and consistent adherence to BACB ethical standards
